Return Policy

Rose Petal Quilt Shop does its best to provide you with the best possible experience! We are aware that sometimes shopping for your special projects online can be difficult. With that in mind, we offer refunds of returned products purchased from our shop.

  • All return requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery. Requests should be made via email using the “Contact Us” button located at the bottom of every webpage within the website.

  • All return postage is at the expense of the buyer.

  • Returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Rose Petal Quilt Shop reserves the right to deny any refund request. Refund approval is finalized only after Rose Petal Quilt Shop receives all applicable returned items.

  • All refunds will be charged back to the card used at checkout.

  • Notification of refund request updates to the buyer will be made by Rose Petal Quilt Shop via email within 3 business days from return delivery.

  • Should the return request be denied by Rose Petal Quilt Shop, the item(s) will be returned back to the buyer at the expense of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

  • If returning with the intent to exchange, the replacement item(s) should be purchased from the website. Replacement items will not be sold to buyer via email communication.
