What are your processing times?

For in stock items, the processing time is 1-3 business days. Custom request times vary depending on the request. This is all subject to change based on the volume of orders and the shopping season. Please feel free to reach out to us before placing an order if you have any questions or concerns about current processing times.

What is the Return Policy?

What does “Preorder” mean?

Preorder means that the item is not currently in shop yet. Purchasing a “preorder” item means that you are claiming the item for yourself before it has a chance to sell out! Once the item is in stock, we will get it packaged up and sent right to you! Ship date is always an estimate and is dependent upon manufacturer production.

PLEASE NOTE: Any in-stock items purchased with a preorder item will be held until ALL items in your order are in stock! Please order in-stock items separately to avoid those items being held!

What if what I’m looking for is not on the website?

We do our best to stock as many items as we can. If you are wanting something you do not currently see listed, please reach out to us! We are always willing to add new products (depending on current availability). You never know - you may be the reason we stock something new for everyone to enjoy!

What is a fat quarter?

A Fat Quarter is a cut of fabric that measures 18”x21”. This is a good option for small projects, patterns that call for FQs, stash building, or fabric sampling!

Where does RPQS ship to?

RPQS currently ships worldwide! There is a shipping option for outside of the US. This is a flat rate amount. Any additional charges for shipping beyond the flat rate will not be charged to you. If shipping costs are below the flat rate amount, the excess payment will be refunded back to you.

What is the best way to contact RPQS?

The best way to contact us is by using the black “Contact Us” button located at the bottom of the web page. This will allow for communication via email. We will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner!

How will my items be shipped?

All items from RPQS will be shipped using the United States Postal Service. RPQS packs your items with the least amount of packing material while keeping the integrity of your items in mind. All mailers and packing materials used are recyclable or reusable!

What are my payment options?

RPQS accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. You may also use PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay!

What is a fabric bundle?

A fabric bundle is a group of fabrics that are all pre-cut to the same size and sold together. Bundles of fabrics can be purchased in a group of fabric sized at half yard cuts, quarter yard cuts, or fat quarter cuts.

What is a quilt kit?

A quilt kit is a group of fabrics intended to make a particular quilt pattern’s quilt top only. This will include the fabrics you need according to the fabric requirements of the pattern. This does not include the pattern unless otherwise stated.

I need to cancel my order. How do I do this?

You can use the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of the page to send a message for the cancellation request. As long as the order has not shipped, you can receive a full refund with no problems! The only exception to this is sales for digital items. Due to the nature of this type of item, all sales for digital items are final and not eligible for a refund.
